Bank PO examination include additional topics of Analytical Reasoning, Syllogisms, Blood Relations, Input-Output & Inequalities.

SSC CGL Examination include additional topics of word Matrix, Analogy, Mathematical Operators, Logical Venn Diagrams, Odd One Out, & Visual Reasoning.

General Awareness
General Awareness for SSC CGL is wider than Bank PO exam. SSC CGL examination’s GK include questions from Science, History and Economics while Bank PO examination is comprised of questions related to Banking and Current affairs.

English
The topics of similarity under this criterion are Comprehensions Reading, Fill-Ups and Correct Usage of Grammar. The topics of difference are:

Bank PO examination includes Para-Jumbles & Close Test while SSC CGL include Synonym/Antonym, Correct Spelling, Idiom/Phrases, & Definitions.

Which is the toughest one – SSC CGL or Bank PO?
SSC CGL is tougher than Bank PO when compared on the basis of structure, syllabus and preparation time but seems to be quite easy as compared on the basis of competitive level.
Generally, the competition in SSC CGL is lower, as there are much larger number of vacancies and slight increase in number of candidates sitting for examination than Bank PO.
