Important topics and preparation tips for SSC CGL Tier I exam 2019



Staff Selection Commission has released the notification of SSC CGL exam and the exam is scheduled in the month of July 2019.  There is sufficient time left to prepare for the exam.  More than 25 lac aspirants have applied this year which calls for a tough competition. Effective exam preparation needs some essential tips to prepare well for SSC CGL Exam 2019.


1.Understand the exam pattern

SSC CGL exam is conducted in four phases namelyTier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3 & Tier-4 exam. Tier 1 and Tier 2 are conducted online, tier 3 is at pen and paper mode and Tier 4 is to test the computer skills.

SSC CGL Tier 1 comprises of four sections having 100 questions with a maximum of 200 marks. Time allowed will be 60 minutes.
